Bharati College, a constituent college of the University of Delhi, was started by the Delhi Administration as Bharati Mahila College in Karol Bagh in 1971, under the Chairmanship of Shri L.K.Advani. The college shifted to its new Building at C-4, Janak Puri with its new name BHARATI COLLEGE in July 1998. Bharati College offers degree/courses BA Honours Courses – General, BA Honours – English, BA Honours – Hindi, BA Honours – Sanskrit, BA Honours – Political Science, BA Honours – History, B Com Honours, B Com, BA Programme Options for the BA Programme MA Hindi. Bharati College also offers part-time Certificate and Diploma courses in French and German Languages.
